Update troubleshooting

 

*If the update does not start automatically after a few minutes, copy the update.zip file into the internal memory of the TV BOX as follows:

 

*1) Click on My Device folder on the right corner of User Interface,

*2) Copy the update.zip from coresponding folder on SD Card or USB,

*3) Past the update file into Internal Flash folder,

*4) The device automatically starts updating, it asks for reboot,

*5) Click "Ok" for update instalation,

*6) After update installed, delet the update.zip from internal memory of TV BOX.

*7) Remove the SD card or USB from the TV BOX.

 

For access to Copy, Paste and Delete options, hold the OK button on the Remote.
